Orders go out from Spokane in one to three days. Once it is in the post, US delivery is usually another two to five days depending on where you are.
Everything ships through Etsy, so you get their tracking and their protection on the order.
Carefully, and with more bubble wrap than looks reasonable. Points and towers get their tips wrapped separately, clusters get packed so nothing can shift, and the whole thing goes in a box with room around it.
If something does arrive damaged, message me with a photo and we will sort it out.
Returns follow my Etsy shop policies, which is where the order lives. The short version: message me within a few days of it arriving and we will work it out.
Because nearly everything here is one of a kind, an exchange usually is not possible, but a return often is.
Every piece on this site says so. Aura-treated pieces carry the word aura in the line under the title and a plain sentence on their own page; natural pieces say they are natural and untreated.
Aura treatment means a whisper-thin layer of metal bonded to the surface of a natural stone. It does not change what the stone underneath is.
Please do. I have far more than what makes it online, and I regularly send natural stones off for aura treatment, so I can often go looking for a particular stone, colour, or size.
