Calcite

Calcite is everywhere and it is never boring. Honey, orange, blue, green, optical clear: it takes almost any colour. Optical calcite is the one that doubles the text you put it on.

It is soft, so I would not put it in a bag with your keys, and it does not like water. Keep it dry and dust it with a soft cloth.

Where mine come from. Mexico, Morocco, and China.

What people reach for it for. Calcite has a reputation as an energy cleanser and a fresh-start stone.
