Fluorite is believed to heighten mental abilities and absorb negative energies. It is a highly protective and stabilizing stone. Fluorite can clear ones aura of mucky energies and things that may hold one back. It is a wonderful chakra cleansing Crystal as well.
About fluorite
Fluorite grows in cubes and bands, often several colours in one piece: purple, green, teal, and clear all stacked together.
Fluorite is traditionally the study stone, the one people keep on a desk.
More about fluoriteCare
Most natural stones are happy with a dry, soft cloth and a spot out of direct sun.
Softer stones like calcite and fluorite do not like water or salt, so keep them dry.
