This piece is aura treated. It started as a natural stone and had a thin layer of metal bonded to the surface.

This magnificent rainbow aura smoky quartz will blow your mind. This lil beauty has some absolutely gorgeous colors and fantastic luster! This stunner is super sparkly and sits/displays quite nicely! I love the self healed back of this chunky piece. Self healed crystals are crystals that have broken at some point, while in the earth, then the perfect conditions arose to aid the stone in recrystallizing/growing, hence the name self healed. This is a custom coated piece. This is a natural stone that has been bonded with precious metals, like gold, platinum, and titanium in a vacuum deposition chamber to produce these stunning colors and iridescence.
